留学生如何与日本人通电话？

日本留学生该如何与日本人通电话？通电话时，由于彼此看不见对方，所以容易因为一些不当的细节而造成误会。因此日本人很是注重接打电话时的语气措辞等礼仪。与世界其它的人相比，日本人打电话时，特别希望在通话过程中不断获得对方的响应，让他有一种被倾听、被理解、被尊重的感觉。对日本人来说，这种感觉非常重要，在某种程度上，甚至能够决定谈话的内容和深度。那么在日本留学生活中和日本人通电话需要注意什么呢？<a href="http://xiaoyuzhong.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">新东方日语网络课堂</a>为您解答： 接听电话 日本人接电话时，首先是自报自己公司、自己家或自己的姓名，然后再开始谈话，这一点与中国人打电话时的习惯是不一样的。 在得知对方是谁后，一般要进行简单的寒暄。在公司接其他公司的人打来的电话时，较常见的客套话就是「いつもお世话になっております」（总是承蒙您的关照），「どうも」（您好）。假如和对方有段时间未联系，则要说「ごぶさたしております」（好久不见）。而在夜晚或清晨打电话时，打电话的人一般都要说句「夜分遅く（朝早く）おそれいります。」（抱歉夜晚（早晨）打电话给您）等等。 通电话时，无法以实物、手势、表情、动作来辅助说明你的话，所以用日语通话时，要注重讲得清楚、缓慢。并且，中途要进行停顿，以便对方进行反应或纪录。日本人一般不直接询问对方说否听懂了，因此，切忌说「わかりましたか」（明白了吗？） 听电话时，假如你听明白了对方讲的意思，那么就要在对方讲话停顿时回答一声「はい」，以表示我正在听您讲话并且听懂了，请您继续往下说。除回答「はい」之外，有时还要重复对方所讲的意思，或没有听清楚时，要说「すみませんが、もう一度おっしゃってください」（对不起，请再说一遍）。 挂断电话 结束通话时，日本人一般不说「さようなら」而说「失礼します」。假如是在晚间，那么还要说一句「お休みなさい」（晩安）。而且，说完之后不要马上放下电话听筒，要确认对方已经放下电话听筒，方可轻轻把电话挂断，切忌迅速将电话机扣掉。 看了上面日本留学生该如何与日本人通电话的内容，你学会如何与日本人通电话了吗？ 更多内容请关注<a href="http://xiaoyuzhong.soxsok.com/" target="_blank">新东方日语网络课堂</a>！
